This painting is called ‘early signs of a silent rebel’ (eastywesty). It depicts a modern man walking in the city. This was my early attempt at painting thought patterns. There is an edginess to my work during this period. It was also around this time that I was introduced to the work of Hunter S. Thompson and Ralph Steadman, which had a rather strong influence on me and how I perceived the world around me. It is now in a private collection. Thanks Rick for giving it such a great home.
